• Three installments at 25% of the policy premium plus installment charge.
• 1st installment billed 50 days from effective date, each subsequent installment billed every 70 days.
8 PAYMENT OPTION
• Down payment is 20% of the policy premium plus 100% of the expense constant.
• Seven installments at 11.43% of the policy premium plus installment charge.
• 1st installment billed 24 days from effective date, each subsequent installment billed every 44 days.
